After few days of rest recovering from last weekend I was ready to get creative again! I missed not scrapping so I made this layout of my little nephew. He loves to help me when I'm baking and the best bit for him is getting covered in cake mixture licking the bowl!!! I couldn't believe how much mixture he got all over him!
I used OA Modern Homemaker papers for this I love the bright colours. I cut out the baking elements from a sheet of the paper and raised them up from the page using foam pads.
On Thursday I was busy decorating little cakes for the children at school as they were having a end of term Easter cake sale. I made some pink and yellow icing and used some micro (smaller than mini!) eggs for the top. They turned out quite pretty in the end and I'm sure the children enjoyed them anyway!
That's all for now but I've just started something scrappy so I'll be back with that soon!

Very pretty little cakes - I have always found pastel colours and sprinkles very popular with kids. I love the layout too and how you've cut out and raised those cooking bits.
